Adrez Living cancellation policy
Unless otherwise specified within the reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
To CANCEL your booking, you must cancel the booking online directly through the confirmation email received shortly after booking or contact the hotel's reservations department to confirm your cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY for Non-Refundable Rates:
Adrez Living will charge the total price of the booking on the day of booking. Please note that if you cancel such a reservation, the total amount of the booking is non-refundable.
Pre-authorisation of your credit card
To confirm your reservation, Adrez Living will pre-authorize your credit card for the amount of the first night, as per cancellation policy and fees. The credit card given by the reservation needs to be valid on the day of your arrival.
Late Check-out Fee
Unless expressly permitted by Adrez Living, guests who fail to leave the apartment by the check-out time will be charged EUR 100 per hour beyond the check-out time.
Damage
Guest shall report any damage or issues with the apartment to the Adrez Living team upon arrival or occurrence. Guests shall be responsible for any damage to or loss for the apartment which occurs during the stay, howsoever caused.
Payment and fees
Payment will be settled according to the booking conditions of the reservation, latest upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required on the check-in date. Where applicable, such warranty is for security purposes and shall be refunded within seven days of the check-out date provided. Deductions are made due to damage to the apartment or contents thereof, debris, or other mess requiring excessive cleaning or any additional cost incurred by Adrez Living as a result of the guest's stay.
Insurance
The guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss that may be maintained on the apartment does not cover the personal property of the guest and that the guest is responsible for purchasing their own insurance for if such coverage is desired.
Adrez Living Rules
Maintain the apartment at all times in good and tidy conditions.
Do not smoke inside the apartment, and please dispose of your cigarette butts outside the apartment safely and ecologically.
A fee of EUR 200 will be charged if smoking is detected in the room.
Do not cause or create a nuisance or otherwise interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other occupants of the building in which the apartment is located.
Do not bring pets or other animals into the apartment without the advanced consent of the Adrez Living.
Do not move or rearrange any furniture or appliances inside of the apartment.
