Codes automatically work from 3:00 PM (check-in time) to 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If the apartment is ready, the code can be activated sooner. Check your Guest Portal, in many cases, when the room is ready, our team marks it as available earlier. Then your code is automatically activated from this time.

Contact Customer Care through a message in WhatsApp with the reservation number with the inquiry for the possibility of early check-in.
